Model United Nations
“Discover Your Voice on the Global Stage”
At GVS MUN, students don't just simulate international diplomacy. They learn to master skills such as research, negotiation, and leadership while creating real, measurable impact in their own school and community. We're making tomorrow's leaders today.
What is MUN?
Model United Nations (MUN) is an academic simulation of the United Nations and other international bodies. Students step into the roles of diplomats, representing different countries to debate global issues, negotiate solutions, and draft resolutions.
Through MUN, participants develop powerful real-world skills:
- In-depth research and critical analysis
- Confident public speaking and persuasion
- Negotiation and coalition-building
- Leadership and global awareness
At GVS, we combine elite, skills-based training with meaningful real-world application.

What Makes GVS MUN UniqueOur first Delegate of the Month will be announced soon.
Delegate of the Month
Every month we recognize one outstanding GVS MUN delegate who has shown exceptional growth, leadership, and commitment to the program.
We're getting ready to spotlight our first honoree. Every member has a fair shot. Keep showing up, speaking up, and leading, and it could be you.
Speak Up, Stand Together
From Committee to Community
At GVS MUN, we don't stop at simulations.
We are launching Speak Up, Stand Together, a powerful year-long initiative where our students use the same diplomatic skills learned in MUN (research, negotiation, public speaking, and leadership) to actively reduce bullying and create a safer, kinder school environment.
Through real surveys, creative campaigns, policy proposals, and direct negotiation with school leadership, students turn classroom learning into meaningful action. This is more than an anti-bullying campaign. It is authentic leadership in practice.

MUN gave my child the courage to speak in front of hundreds, the knowledge to understand global affairs, and the humility to listen to others.
I joined with no experience and a fear of public speaking. A year later I chaired my first committee. MUN changed how I see myself.
The research and debate skills our students build in MUN show up everywhere, in their essays, their presentations, and the way they carry themselves.
